IT-Sicherheit und KI

The AI hype has also affected IT security. The availability of AI services means that known attacks can now be simplified or carried out more efficiently, while AI services and models are also becoming high-value targets for attackers and must therefore be adequately protected. However, machine learning methods can also be used to analyse larger amounts of data or better detect attacks. This report provides an overview of these topics as well as our own work, which was carried out in course of a research semester.
